Kansas City, MO, JUNE 14 - ‘Arena Live’: Hy-Vee Arena’s Free Friday Night Music concert. The music

Kansas City, MO, JUNE 14-15 - Boulevardia: While Boulevardia is in full swing, Hy-Vee Arena will
be open to the public. Access to bathrooms, open court play, games, food vendors and bar will all be
open. In addition, the Arena will have musical performances inside on the second level in the atrium.
No cover charge for access or to play on the courts. No outside food or beverages from Boulevardia
will be allowed in and none will be allowed to be taken outside Hy-Vee Arena into the Boulevardia
activities. Find shelter inside Hy-Vee Arena during any rain showers or other implemental weather and
still be part of the action while hanging out inside. Access is on the East Entrance below the glass
atrium wall.
This is the third year Boulevardia will be held in the Stockyard District. Boulevardia is a non-profit
organization that features two days of music, food, breweries, local makers, and sustainability initiatives.
More than seventy-five participants and local organizations provide marketing place vendors, food
vendors, bands and charity benefactors. A great celebration of Kansas City.
About Hy-Vee Arena:
Hy-Vee Arena is bringing new life to the historic Stockyards District at the former Kemper Arena. The $39
million-dollar renovation has transformed the single level 18,000 seat arena into a multi-level, multi-
functional complex.
Installation of a second floor created over 82,000 square feet of column-free event space bringing a total
of 12 basketball courts to the arena. The courts are striped for volleyball, futsal and 24 pickleball courts.
Sports agility, fitness facilities, health care services, retail, entertainment and dining services surround the
two hardwood court floors. Above the second level of courts is one of the largest indoor practice tracks at
350m in length.
Hy-Vee Arena is a training and tournament complex for athletes of all skill levels and sports. We are
revolutionizing the approach to sports.
In addition to the many sporting activities, the facility can host a wide variety of events ranging from
fashion shows, speaking engagements, graduations, team building, and a host of corporate and social
events.
